We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this site. Please don't include confidential material in a first enquiry — we'll agree a secure channel before you share anything sensitive.

We use enquiry details only to respond to you, understand the engagement and, if we work together, to run the project.

We do not sell information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

This site aims to stay light on tracking. Any analytics we run is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. If we add tools that set non-essential cookies, this page will be updated to name them.

We rely on third parties for hosting, email and scheduling. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We can share the current list on request.

We keep enquiry records only as long as they're useful for the conversation or required for our own records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
