Northline is a product engineering studio. We design and build software for founders and teams whose next release actually matters — and we stay long enough to see it perform.
Our story
We Started Because Delivery Was Broken.
Northline began in 2021 with three engineers who had spent a decade inside agencies and product teams watching the same failure repeat: enormous specifications, invisible progress, and a launch that arrived late and thin.
We built the studio around the opposite habits. Small senior teams. Short cycles with something real at the end of each one. Scope ranked rather than frozen. Decisions documented while the reasoning is still fresh.
Five years later we are a distributed team across Europe, Asia and North America, working with founders, scale-ups and established businesses in eight industries.
